You will receive a link to download the journal ebook via email within five minutes of the order being placed. 

Please note the books are made to order so this may affect shipment timing. Your order may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. For this same reason, refunds cannot be offered unless the book arrives damaged. Thanks for understanding!

If shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dog Mom Mentality is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you are in Canada, the UK or Australia and want to order a journal - please email me at karoline@dogmommentality.com with “journal shipping internationally” in the subject. I will send you links to order from the manufacturer directly to avoid high shipping costs. This can only be done for the journal itself (not the bundles). 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns for shirts within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. To start a return, you can contact us at karoline@dogmommentality.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
